What is a render?
Renders are what you spend to generate AI images. Most images use 1 render, and a few that take more work, like a property photo from a set camera, use 2. You always see the number before you generate. Your plan includes renders every month, and you can buy more whenever you want. Renders you buy never expire.
How does the Room Style marketplace work for designers?
Designers apply to become a Homeform Creator, build a Room Style using products from our catalog, and publish it to the marketplace. When a user purchases the style ($79), Homeform takes 30% ($24) and the designer nets $55.
What's the difference between User plans and Pro plans?
User plans are about renders, which you spend to generate visualizations. Pro plans are about your professional presence on Homeform: a profile page, discovery placement, lead inbox, and client tools. They're separate and independent.
Does Homeform take a commission on brand sales?
No. Homeform takes 0% commission on every plan. Shoppers buy directly on the brand's own site, and the brand keeps the whole sale. Brands pay only a flat monthly plan.
Can any brand list on Homeform?
Yes. Any brand with products in the home industry can list. Free covers up to 5 products, Starter ($49/month) up to 50, Growth ($199/month) up to 500, and Unlimited ($499/month) removes the cap and adds priority placement.
Is there a long-term contract for any plan?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
